2001-06-13: Sunset at Gortmore View Point
In the early afternoon, we hit the N59 in Leenane and headed towards our base in Portrush, Northern Ireland, via Westport, Sligo, Donegal (dinner), Strabane, and Derry. Instead of going straight back to Portrush, we turned onto the A2 coastal road in Limavady and drove up to Gortmore view point (I had been there earlier). We arrived shortly before sunset and the view was spectacular, though hard to capture on silicon due to the low sun.
